Independent procurement coordination

How Labeling Machine Sourcing coordinates factory quotes

Labeling Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for labeling equipment inquiries. We do not operate a labeling factory, keep warehouse inventory, or present supplier certificates as our own credentials.

Scope limits

Our role is to restate the buyer’s container, label-stock and utility data into a brief that more than one factory can answer on the same rows. Manufacturing feasibility, installation quality and label placement remain with the named supplier and the buyer’s packaging team.

Scope limits: Upstream

We ask for drawings or photos of the container, label length and gap, liner, adhesive, winding direction, and the destination plant’s voltage. Missing data stays listed as open rather than filled with a typical value from another beverage line. We do not substitute a published applicator m/min chart for the buyer’s container count. Integration Planning language on this site means those upstream facts are written before a factory is asked to price a cell.

Control boundary

We do not approve a web-speed brochure as package evidence. The brief asks which instrument, units and elapsed time the supplier will use on the buyer’s samples, and whether bottle rotation for overlap is demonstrated or only described. Certificates belong to a specific machine serial and market, not to this coordination desk. FAT and SAT signatures stay with the contract parties.
